Enlivened Yoga and the Chakras Yoga is a practice that increases flexibility, stimulates circulation, and builds core strength. It also enlivens our internal energy systems, called chakras. During our session or group class we will focus on a different chakra using postures to open and strengthen specific areas of our body. Each session will include a meditation to awaken a specific center. You will also use yoga postures and breath work to deepen our self-awareness, release tension, and rejuvenate our lives. You will go home with a home with a personalized practice that will support in doing your yoga. The postures will be adapted to meet individual needs. There will be time to share insights and learnings both during the session and from your home practice in a safe and supportive environment.
